In addition to our storage units, we offer a selection of small business workshop units. These units are available with a short minimum lease period of 6 months, followed by a rolling monthly contract thereafter.
Access to these units is made easy through a large roller shutter door and a short corridor leading to the unit. These spaces are ideal for various purposes, such as small startup businesses, business expansion, workshops, eBay businesses, and more.
Please note that they are not suitable for activities related to motor vehicles, such as valeting, car repairs, spraying, or bodywork.
The unit sizes range from approximately 275 sqft to 320 sqft, providing you with versatile and accessible spaces to support your business needs.
